The small and welcoming Franca Hotel is managed by Laura and Silvia, the granddaughters of Franca, who welcomed holidaymakers flocking to the Riviera Romagnola with the utmost passion up to 1954. CUISINE is the pride of the hotel. It is based on healthy products, fresh ingredients and genuine local staples. Guests will have the possibility to enjoy the rich buffet-style breakfast based on both sweet and savoury specialities that is served both in the restaurant room or in the veranda. Every day, the hotel’s chef prepares tasty fish and meat dishes that are always accompanied by delicious starters, abundant vegetable buffets, tasty side dishes and mouth-watering homemade cakes and desserts. Tailor-made menus for those suffering from food allergies. Children will have the possibility to taste targeted menus at flexible timetables, while mothers will have the possibility to prepare baby food in a dedicated cooking area. Special evenings are arranged once a week. They include a typical ROMAGNA-STYLE DINNER based on genuine local staples and traditional dishes accompanied by Sangiovese wine, and are livened up by live music by Raoul Casadei. Traditional FISH DINNERS are sometimes arranged by the hotel: They are usually based on fresh oily fish from the Adriatic Sea.
